RB issues first global Gender Pay Report

At RB, diversity & inclusion is a business imperative. Within this one of the focus areas is increasing the proportion of women in RB’s leadership and decision making. There are therefore several ongoing initiatives including last year’s launch of RB’s recently enhanced global parental leave policy, positioning RB in the top top-tier of FTSE 100 companies. RB’s global ambition is to double the numbers of women in senior management positions to 40% by 2022, from a 2016 baseline of 20%. In 2019, 26% of RB’s senior management positions globally were held by women.
